Terms & Conditions

The Lets for Corncrake Holiday Cottage are Saturday – Saturday. Entry to Corncrake is 4pm or later on the day of your arrival date (unless previously arranged) and exiting Corncrake will be no later than 10am on your departure date.

There will be a £200 deposit (the deposit will change to £300 as from 2025) to secure a booking with the remainder to be paid 4 weeks before the let commences.

Corncrake is non smoking.

Well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement but strictly not in the bedrooms or on the furniture.

Other information

• Linen and towels provided (This includes beach towels and towels to dry your dog ).
• Hairdryers are provided in two of the bedrooms.
• A travel cot, high chair & baby bath is also available on request, as is a fold down bed.
• A £150 good housekeeping deposit is required (this is fully refundable assuming no damage).

CANCELLATION POLICY

On cancellation of a booking, the deposit is non-refundable unless we can once again, let these weeks.
